Across this experience, his goal has been of improving lives through technology and this has been a guiding principle in his work. His sound understanding of Sales and distribution domain has positioned Beetel as a preferred choice for OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturers).
Sanjeev’s foresight is to foray into emerging areas such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), deep learning. Sanjeev instils a sense of commitment to continuous learning and provides vision for organisation strategy, operational excellence, and seamless execution.

In his journey with Beetel for past 13 years, he has created path-breaking record in client acquisition, has closely worked with the management team and established good networking. Ankur brings with him a wealth of experience from across key sectors, with an enviable industry reputation for helping businesses increase efficiencies, drive sustainable growth strategies, and build their presence across B2B and B2C markets. He has been involved in core operations, business & strategic finance, turnarounds and acquisitions. In a career spanning over more than 20 years, Agarwal has led Indian & International Businesses with 13 years of tenure at Jindal Stainless followed by GFG Alliance India and Livguard Energy, being his last stint.
An engineer graduate from IIT Kharagpur with MBA from ISB Hyderabad, Ankur, throughout his career, has benchmarked a trajectory of growth, maximizing overall revenue for brands and identifying new business opportunities.
Sanjeev heads the Network Solutions Business Unit at Beetel Teletech, primarily providing Access Control Network Solutions to customers, including Service Providers and Large Enterprise Customers. This BU specializes in providing end-to-end; undertaking project networking solutions to customers and undertake Project deployments on committed SLA timelines. Sanjeev has experience of 20+ years in Networking and Data Communications Industry.
Sapna is Assistant Vice President at Beetel Teletech. She upholds the responsibility to drive business here under the Enterprise Business unit.
She joined the organisation over a decade ago as a Sales Manager. She has more than 21 years of experience with a strong knowledge of Sales and Distribution. She has a proven record of managing relationship with vendors and channel partners. She is a passionate leader with in depth knowledge of distribution. She also has an extensive knowledge of AV & IT market. Sapna started her carrier with Bhartiya Electronics. Before joining Beetel, she worked in Ingram Micro in the sales department.
She is meticulous, industrious and a proficient individual who always aspires to do her best. She has a determined character, an inquisitive mind & is ambitious to learn. She approaches her work with cheer & diligence, taking pride in honest achievements & excellent work ethics.
She is a very focused person with clear thoughts and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Delhi and a Master of Business Administration degree from Kurukshetra University.
Mr. Ravi Kumar, the BU Head- Consumer at Beetel Teletech Ltd rose through the ranks for the past 15 years. He began his journey at Beetel in 2007 as a Sales Manager. Over the years, he rendered his valuable service, adopting different roles & handling a diversified product line- Microsoft Xbox, Blackberry phones, iPhone, Samsung MP3, Memory & Landline Phones.
His career at Beetel followed a 9 year business career at Karamchand Appliances, Bayer India Ltd, VVD & Sons, and Hero Group Company before joining the Beetel Family. As the Head of Consumer Business Unit, he has taken Beetel to new heights. Under his leadership, Beetel has become one of India’s most valuable organizations in terms of growth revenue and operational efficiency.
He holds extensive market knowledge and experience in strategic Planning, Business Development, Product Development, Sales Promotions & Brand Management. Work experience of more than 23 years in sales & distribution in FMCG, Service industry & Telecommunication segments as well as in-depth knowledge of managing & developing Sales & distribution Network has earned him a prestigious, prominent position with Beetel’s core management team.
He is an ardent believer of ‘staying calm’ during a storm. Patience and perseverance are his real strength that helps him take on new challenges and fulfill organizational responsibilities. He holds Bachelor of Science degree from Kuvempu University & attended Basics & Basics - a Sales training program, SP Jain Global’s Strategic Leadership Program.
Niraj Barkakati is a legal professional with 18 years of relevant prosecution/ transactional experience in handling Legal & Regulatory affairs of large and complex businesses. Niraj is associated with the telecom industry for more than 13 years.
At Beetel, as a Legal and Regulatory Head, Niraj leads and manages compliances, dispute resolutions and contracting, legal advisory, secretarial and regulatory compliances.
Niraj has commendable experience in handling critical legal cases and disputes pertaining to several business verticals and different organizational structures. In large organizations, Niraj has assumed various roles, both national and regional, in Delhi NCR, Kolkata, and Bangalore.
Niraj possesses acute experience and leadership qualities to work with several cross-functional teams and provide proactive and pragmatic legal assistance and solutions to promote healthy business undertakings.
Previously, Niraj worked with Bharati Airtel Limited for 11 years, before joining as the head of Legal & Regulatory department of Beetel.
Before moving in-house, he was a practicing Advocate.
Educationally, Niraj is a law graduate from Campus Law Centre University of Delhi and a BA (Hons) graduate from Ramjas College, Delhi University.
Pawan Kumar Malakar is a seasoned business leader with 33 years of experience in the business operations domain and after-sales arena. He has been associated with Beetel since 2011. Before that, he has worked with a host of reputed names like LG, Videocon, BPL, ALTECH UEC, and Intex Technologies. His attention to detail and a hunger to get things done has led to many industry-first solutions; be it transforming customer support from a cost center to a revenue generator or building scalable PAN India operations.
Besides this, Pawan is adept in formulating short-term and long-term service strategies which are aligned with corporate goals. He has proven skills in managing service through the motivation of the team and increasing operational efficiency through the introduction of new systems, processes, and innovative solutions.
Pawan possesses strong leadership traits and has wide exposure in effectively managing pre and post-sales service obligations. In this, fast-paced environment replete with uncertainties, one can bank on him as a leader to navigate through the changes and provide high-quality work no matter how challenging it seems.
