Across this experience, his goal has been of improving lives through technology and this has been a guiding principle in his work. His sound understanding of Sales and distribution domain has positioned Beetel as a preferred choice for OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturers).

Sanjeev’s foresight is to foray into emerging areas such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), deep learning. Sanjeev instils a sense of commitment to continuous learning and provides vision for organisation strategy, operational excellence, and seamless execution.

Sanjeev is a committed leader who believes in empowering his team to perform actions independently and this has brought fruitful results in the form of increased RoIC, enhanced shareholder value and continuous growth in business. In his journey with Beetel for past 17 years, he has created path-breaking record in client acquisition, has closely worked with the management team and established good networking. He has transformed the business from box-selling to value added distribution to services led approach.

Deepak Rajdev is the Chief Financial Officer of Beetel with effect from April, 2025. He handles Finance, Commercial, SCM and IT for the Company and is responsible for Business Partnering to enable the business deliver the Revenue and Profitability as per the defined plan. In addition, he is responsible for managing the Board and Investors for Beetel.

He is with Group since 14 years and has recently held the position of CFO for Nxtra Data Limited, Data Centre Business of Airtel, wherein he was responsible for delivery of Revenue and EBIT for the Data Centre Business. This is his 2nd innings with Group, prior to which, he has worked with Bharti Airtel, Flipkart Internet and Reliance Group at different geographical locations across India.

A rank-holder Chartered Accountant and a Cost Accountant by Qualification, Deepak brings in the 19 years of experience spanning across Business Finance, Pricing, Commercial, Cost Management and Risk Management portfolio.

Sapna is Assistant Vice President at Beetel Teletech. She upholds the responsibility to drive business here under the Enterprise Business unit.

She joined the organisation over a decade ago as a Sales Manager. She has more than 21 years of experience with a strong knowledge of Sales and Distribution. She has a proven record of managing relationship with vendors and channel partners. She is a passionate leader with in depth knowledge of distribution. She also has an extensive knowledge of AV & IT market. Sapna started her carrier with Bhartiya Electronics. Before joining Beetel, she worked in Ingram Micro in the sales department.

She is meticulous, industrious and a proficient individual who always aspires to do her best. She has a determined character, an inquisitive mind & is ambitious to learn. She approaches her work with cheer & diligence, taking pride in honest achievements & excellent work ethics.

She is a very focused person with clear thoughts and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Delhi and a Master of Business Administration degree from Kurukshetra University.

Mr. Ravi Kumar, the BU Head- Consumer at Beetel Teletech Ltd rose through the ranks for the past 15 years. He began his journey at Beetel in 2007 as a Sales Manager. Over the years, he rendered his valuable service, adopting different roles & handling a diversified product line- Microsoft Xbox, Blackberry phones, iPhone, Samsung MP3, Memory & Landline Phones.

His career at Beetel followed a 9 year business career at Karamchand Appliances, Bayer India Ltd, VVD & Sons, and Hero Group Company before joining the Beetel Family. As the Head of Consumer Business Unit, he has taken Beetel to new heights. Under his leadership, Beetel has become one of India’s most valuable organizations in terms of growth revenue and operational efficiency.

He holds extensive market knowledge and experience in strategic Planning, Business Development, Product Development, Sales Promotions & Brand Management. Work experience of more than 23 years in sales & distribution in FMCG, Service industry & Telecommunication segments as well as in-depth knowledge of managing & developing Sales & distribution Network has earned him a prestigious, prominent position with Beetel’s core management team.

He is an ardent believer of ‘staying calm’ during a storm. Patience and perseverance are his real strength that helps him take on new challenges and fulfill organizational responsibilities. He holds Bachelor of Science degree from Kuvempu University & attended Basics & Basics - a Sales training program, SP Jain Global’s Strategic Leadership Program.

Pawan Kumar Malakar is a seasoned business leader with over 37 years of experience spanning Quality Assurance, EPR Compliance, Product Certifications, Business Operations, and After-Sales Service. Since 2011, he has been a cornerstone at Beetel, following influential roles at top organizations including LG, Videocon, BPL, ALTECH UEC, and Intex Technologies. Pawan is known for his decisive leadership, attention to detail, and execution-focused approach.

Throughout his career, he has pioneered industry-first initiatives—from turning customer support and quality assurance into a revenue driver to building scalable operations across India. He specializes in devising service strategies aligned with business goals, enhancing team productivity, and implementing innovative systems for operational excellence.

Pawan’s cross-functional expertise covers both pre- and post-sales domains, consistently yielding high-impact results in fast-paced environments. He views change as a driver of growth and cultivates a culture built on innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. A strong root cause analyst, his guiding mantra is to innovate ambitiously and always put the customer first.

Gaurav Jain is a dynamic business leader with over 25 years of experience in supply chain leadership, strategic sourcing, and commercial operations, primarily in the telecom and technology sectors.

As the Business Unit Head for Airtel at Beetel, he plays a pivotal role in driving growth, managing strategic partnerships, and leading end-to-end execution for key business initiatives. Throughout his career, Gaurav has consistently delivered results across complex and large-scale operations.

At Bharti Airtel, he led sourcing and supply chain functions across various verticals, including DTH, IPTV, broadband, and mobility. He successfully negotiated and executed high-value deals, managed multi-vendor ecosystems, and spearheaded Make in India initiatives focused on local manufacturing and sustainability.

His professional journey also includes leadership roles at Tata Teleservices, HFCL and ABB, along with entrepreneurial experience as a strategy consultant supporting technology-driven ventures in IoT, AI, and Augmented Reality.

Ms. Ruchi Batra is the Head HR & Facilities at Beetel Teletech Ltd. An accomplished HR leader with over nine years of industry experience, Ms. Batra has a deep understanding of building organizational capability, HR Technology, Change Management and building robust Talent & Performance processes.

With diverse expertise, she is known for developing organizational capabilities for the next-generation workforce, experimenting with new models for talent management, creating an agile culture and strong employee connections, developing HR systems and processes, and talent sourcing for the organization. In her earlier assignments, she has worked in organisations like Bharti Enterprise, Max India Ltd. And DCM Shriram Ltd. giving her a richand diverse multi-industry experience.
